SUPERVISOR TRAININGS
NPT offers specialized training to support the preparation of current child welfare professionals who are advancing into new leadership roles.
SUPERVISOR TRAINING PLAN:
Our Supervisor Academy and other training offerings support the completion of the state training requirements for newly promoted supervisors. Child welfare supervisors have two years from their promotion date to complete all of the training in the state's training plan.
Many of the trainings listed in the state's training plan are web-based and available for supervisors to take at any time through their NPT Learn account.
